Why We Exist

Babeco was founded on a simple belief: that furniture and interior materials should be built to withstand the Egyptian climate, not fight against it. Moisture, termites, and heat are realities — our products are engineered for all of them.
As the first company to manufacture WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) products in Egypt, we bring together the natural warmth of wood grain with the resilience of modern materials — produced entirely at our own facility.

High-density foam boards for furniture cores and finishing applications. Lightweight with excellent structural integrity.
Chip Board
Engineered wood board for furniture manufacturing. Uniform density and smooth surface.

From raw material

Raw Material
We source premium wood fibres and thermoplastic polymers, blended in precise ratios for consistent performance.

Precision Extrusion
Material is processed through our industrial extrusion lines, producing panels and profiles to exact specifications.

Finishing
Products receive PVC film lamination or Duco paint finishes — applied in-house under controlled conditions.

Quality Control
Every batch is inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and material integrity before leaving the factory.
